If they can do AROM, then there is not much wrong usually.
Although this is goo, it does not mean that there is nothing wrong at all. The client still can have problems with that particular movement if they do it more often or if they add extra load.
In such cases they optimally should try that test repeatedely or weight bearing. There is now more likelihood that the problem stems from an agonist/synergist muscle of that movement.
At this point we only know that they cannot do it but we don’t know why!
