• One iliac crest is higher than other
• One iliac crest is higher than other and/or scapula is depressed

Likely Cause

• Check levels of iliac crests with client sitting on hard level surface, legs not touching the ground.
• This way possible leg length discrepancies are taken out of the equation
• If there is still a difference an uneven hemipelvis is likely
