Anterior View

  • Antecubital fossa points straight forward
  • Hands are in neutral position (if a stick was held it would point forward)
  • Arms are not too close too chest
  • Belly of biceps brachii points straight forward

Posterior View

  • Olecranon processes point straight posteriorly

You See

All Views

  • Lateral humeral epicondyle is more posterior

Anterior View

  • More of the palm of the hand is visible (possibly forearm supinated)
  • Arms are hanging very close to or even in front of the trunk

Posterior View

  • Olecranon process points inward
  • Medial humeral epicondyle is forward
  • More of the back of the hand and the thumb is visible (possibly forearm supinated)

Lateral View

  • Scapula is retracted
  • Military posture
