- Lateral humeral epicondyle is more posterior

- More of the palm of the hand is visible (possibly forearm supinated)
- Arms are hanging very close to or even in front of the trunk
Posterior View
- Olecranon process points inward
- Medial humeral epicondyle is forward
- More of the back of the hand and the thumb is visible (possibly forearm supinated)
Lateral View
- Scapula is retracted
- Military posture
