All Views

  • Acromion process is lower
  • Rounded shoulders

Anterior View

  • Clavicle is depressed and angles downward

Posterior View

  • Inferior angle is lower and medial border is parallel to spine – scapula is depressed
  • Inferior angle is lower and medial border is on an angle to spine (closer to spine at inferior end) – scapula is depressed and downwardly rotated
  • Inferior angle is lower and medial border is on an angle to spine (closer to spine at superior end) – scapula is depressed and upwardly rotated
  • Medial border is further away from spine – scapula is protracted

Lateral View

  • Possibly scapula protracted (abducted)
  • Thoracic kyphosis excessive
