• Auditory meatus is anterior to the plumb line and to acromion process of scapula
• Increased cervical lordosis

Likely Cause

• Short neck extensors (and/or overstretched neck flexors)
• Short scapular elevators (and/or overstretched scapular depressors)
• Spinal flexion through short rectus abdominis
• Computer screen too high and/or seat too low
• Bad eyesight (short-sightedness)
• Watching TV lying on the floor in prone
• Desk work
