• Pubic symphysis is on plumb line
• Pubic symphysis and xiphoid process are on plumb line
• Pubic symphysis is in same coronal plane as ASISs

You See

• Pubic symphysis is off plumb line
• Pubic symphysis is on plumb line but xiphoid process is off plumb line

Likely Cause

• Hip is medially rotated and/or hip is laterally rotated on OS
• Also see anterior pelvic tilt and posterior pelvic tilt
