Wrist Flexors Stretch
- Standing or sitting tall with your shoulders relaxed
- Place the heels of your hands together
- Move your hands close to the chest to increase the stretch
- Press the hands gently together
- Feel the stretch across the palm of your hands and the inside of your forearms
- Hold

Main Stretch: 30 to 40 seconds
