Neck Front Stretch
- Sit tall on a firm chair with your head balanced comfortably
- Stabilise your shoulder blades down by placing your hands around the bottom of the chair
- Tuck chin slightly towards your neck
- Look upwards towards the ceiling
- Look upwards and downwards a few times until you loosen up
- Keep your eyes on the ceiling
- Slowly turn your head one way, then the other
- Feel the stretch in various places across the front of your neck
- Pause in all the places where it feels particularly tight and hold until it begins to feel looser
Warm Up: 20 seconds
Main Stretch: 30 to 40 seconds
Repetitions: 2x daily
